When I look at this Sunflower painting I have so many memories that come to me — Buying the Sunflower that I referenced here from someone on the side of the road in Austin, clipping some Trumpet Vine flowers from the large plant growing at our airbnb in Waco, and painting the sunflower outside at Magnolia Market last month. It was early in the morning, and I remember my fingers were SO cold while I painted that sunflower.
 
It's funny to me that I was the coldest I've ever been while painting while I made one of my warmest and sunniest looking paintings.
 
Size is  approximately 13.5 x 18.5. 
 
Will be gently rolled and shipped in a mailer tube.
